Basically just like my older digital model except for a few things. I really like that the buttons are quiet without that annoying beep for each 30 minutes like my old model had. Cooks quite well, nice and hot, recipes come out fine in time indicated in recipes, everything is cooked. Hate the travel lid. If you can find this without, I'd go with that one instead, unless you're absolutely going to use it for travel. The rubber gasket around the lid makes it difficult to align the lid properly, especially when trying to lock it (which I only do when I store it). Not sure if this is the same on all molds now or not. Also, this lid is worse than my old model since the condensation under the portion where the handle attaches is even worse. I have to unscrew it to dry out every time, eventually I'm afraid it will no longer tighten. There also seems to be a residue on the insert no matter how much I clean it. My older one did this eventually, not right away like this one. So I'm torn, couldn't live without the digital programming, but not as happy as I used to be. Plus I saw one without the travel lid with included a smaller crock for a lot less at Costco. My advice, only buy features you need and shop around first.

Works well, seems fine -- I've only used mine once but no complaints.

If they made this without the "cook and carry" thing, I'd have preferred that cause the lid with a rubber gasket is kind of weird. Not a huge issue, hardly a dealbreaker but still... I rarely travel with a crockpot, and if I did I wouldn't trust a rubber ring and two little snaps to keep 6 quarts of hot chili secure.

One thing I noticed in the Q&A for this item, that I wanted to highlight here cause it took me forever to figure this out with my old digital crockpot, so maybe someone else'll find this helpful:

This crockpot has a WARM setting but no way to manually turn it on -- instead of a switch you can flip to control it, the WARM setting comes on automatically after the crockpot cooks whatever length of time you've programmed in. Sometimes, though, you may want to set the crockpot on WARM to begin with, right?

Here's how: Hit the UP arrow button to turn on crockpot for 30 mins -- HIGH or LOW, doesn't matter cause instead of waiting the allotted time, once the crockpot is cooking on either setting, you can just hit the DOWN arrow to jump ahead to WARM. Hope that makes sense....

Cheers!

Cooks way too hot! It boils on Low and even on the Warm setting. I would return it if I still had all of the packaging.

My crockpot I have had for 5 years broke. I didnt want to get another version and not like it as much, but this one is great! It heats
evenly, and switches to warming at the end of the cook time. Which is great because I work 10hr days and when i get home the food is done and ready to eat without being over cooked!

I don't even want to think about how many years I used an older crockpot with no timer or keep-warm function before upgrading to this model. It's so nice to have a timing function and a keep warm function; after all, the whole point of a crock pot is to prepare the meal in advance and not have to worry about it later.

I choose this slow cooker for it's automatic feature. It may be a little big for the 2 of us, but I do like it. I can leave home and it will automatically change to a different setting.

This was a great buy I had bought a real expensive one years ago last 5 - 6 years Cuisnart. This is just as good cooks evenly. The slow cook Campbells stuff was delious. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to spend a fortune and uses it at least 2 times a month.

I purchased this to replace an older slow cooker that had seen better days. I hesitated as some reviews complained about low heat setting being too high while other reviews were favorable. I have used it several times now and love it. The removable liner is easy to clean. Heat settings work fine. The lockable top is perfect for carrying in a car without fearing a spill. Capacity is more than adequate for 6 or more people. It is a little heavy when filled but certainly not unmanageable. As far as I'm concerned, this cooker is a winner.
