I was really taken with a red crock pot, but when it arrived I was so disappointed I sent it back. The lid was so ill fitting that there was a 1/2" gap on both sides of the cooker, there was no way any heat would stay in the pot. This may have been a fluke, but aren't these things checked before they leave the factory!?

I am very happy with this Rival Crock Pot and have used it several times already. The heating element works quickly and my pot roasts have turned out beautifully. Thanks, Rival for another great kitchen appliance!
