Looked into many slow cooker before buying. This one seemed to have what I wanted & the price was right. When it said programable, I thought it meant I get to choose the setting & time, but really it just offers High/Low & 8-10hrs or 2-4 hours. It does have a automatic warmer. The only thing I realy do not like is that the glass top does not fit tightly onto the cooker. It seems 1 or 2 sizes too small? Not sure if this is a defect or not, but not loving it. Otherwise, it is just a good slow cooker.
