Product Description

It's little, and it's lovely and you probably remember it in your sister's bedroom or at your mother's desk. The original desk phone was redesigned with this smart new look. The Princess, introduced in 1959, was compact and attractive. Featured in a variety of colors, including pastels, this unit had a smaller footprint to fit in those not-so-big spaces. With it's rounded edges, sleek lines and fashionable stylings it quickly became a favorite.

5.0 out of 5 stars had2have it, June 13, 2006
This review is from: Crosley 1950's Princess Phone - Blue (Office Product)
I've wanted this phone since 1963...parents wouldn't allow it (remember when the phone co. owned the phones & charged extra for each extension every month)? By late 70's these were hard to find. Now in mid-age I finally have it & it's quality is great! Very solid & well made. Nice detail is the rotary style touch tone dial. Original touch tone Princesses had awful looking square layout. Only regret is the lack of the night-light feature, so cool on the originals. I have a pink & a baby blue; good things do come to those who wait, even after 43 years! Thanks Crosley. Now if only I could convince my teenage daughters of how cool these cuties really are.

5.0 out of 5 stars I Love It!, January 16, 2008
This review is from: Crosley 1950's Princess Phone - Blue (Office Product)
I was really surprised as to how heavy the phone was. It's not too heavy but heavy enough not to fly off the table when using it. It's as close to the original as you can get. The only things missing are the rotary dial (that's half the fun!)and the light-up dial. Oh well, I still enjoy it. The sound quality is great and I highly recommend this product.
