If you are looking for an all in one turntable with good PC connectivity options this would be perfect for you.

I have been looking at the Crosley line for some time. Mainly because of their well built and retro cabinets.

The built in speakers render a good sound quality.

Like all all in one units they are not designed to be tha absolute in perfection. But for a person like me that wanted a simple, nice looking ubit that I could connect to my PC to record my extensive vynl collection it is perfect.

I currently connect thriugh both USB and to the line in in my sound card. The line in allows me to use my PC speakers if I want and the USB allows for better recording. I also have the option of just using the speakers in the unit itself.

The software provided is easy to uses and the USB recording is of good quality.

The CD recorder does a very good transfer of the music, however if you are connecting it to your computer you can enhance the repordings for bettter quality.

The picture displayed here is incorrect. The speaker grills are black, not silver. Crosley changed the colors and never updated their pictures. The black speaker grills are more impressive than the silver.

The cabinet is solidly made from wood and adds to it's character.

The lid can be solidly closed while playing the alblums which is a consideration if you have cats that are entranced by the spinning records lol

At first, I though this product was what I wanted. But then I realized that the speakers are terrible and the outputs on the back aren't common for speaker outputs. THEN the turntable started sounding weird, the cd drive wouldn't open, and finally the system wouldn't turn on to function at all. So its been a complete waste of money. The return window is way too short and Crosley is not the easiest to deal with - their warranty covers a year and you have to pay for all the shipping to send it to them for repairs.

I never utilized the radio or cassette functions of this unit, so my assessment is based upon the turntable & LP to CD recording functions. The built-in speakers have generally poor sound quality, taking into account that this unit set me back nearly $400.00. I found the software program which allows you to copy LPs to your hard drive via the USB port very "bloated" and challenging to use, so I opted to use the unit's built-in CD recorder. I was very disapointed with the reproduction quality. When the CDs are played back there is a very noticable cut in the low-end frequencies. In fact, even when I boosted the bass settings on my car stereo to the highest possible levels, the low-end was still almost non-existent. I'm shipping the unit back to Amazon.

Wow!! What really can I say about this item.... Well, First off the cd-recorder did not open at all!!! So, Right from the start the item was useless... Then I tried the tape deck it was ok nothing special at all!! Then the LP once again nothing special. The sound was not great for a product in the range of $400 dollars... If it was around 150 it would be ok! Just all in all a bad Product!!! AVOID!!!!

I read every review on the internet I could find and decided to go with this model. After one week, the record player was playing at the incorrect speed. Yes, I changed the speeds to be certain that was set appropriately and even called the Crosley customer service for further help. I waited 2 days for a technician to call me back who agreed that something strange was going on. Customer Service is available 24 hours which is the only saving grace for this nightmare. They told me they had very few problems with this model so were very surprised to hear of my misfortune. So I get the 2nd one and it won't turn on. Yes, I checked other plugs. Again, same call to manufacturer with a rep that was shocked to hear something was wrong. I'm returning to amazon and am so completely frustrated. Not really fun to pack these things up, go drop them off and then try to track what is going on with my refund/replacement etc. Nice people answering phones, but where the heck is the reliability with products? $400 for 2 crap machines? really?! SO DISAPPOINTED WITH QUALITY!!!!

I purchased this for my boyfriend who had miles of 33's and no player. He loves it although it takes a long time to record the vinyl to cd's. The sound transfer is great and the cd's play in the car stereo has well. You must read the manual for the recording, or all your songs will be on one track and you can't skip through. We were discouraged at first when just about every album skipped, but it wasn't the player just aged and dusty vinyl, so we used vinyl cleaner and went back to the old days and added a nickle to the needle. Product works great.

I purchased the Crosley Memory Master for the sole purpose of transfering cassette tapes to CDs. The CD player worked and the unit itself looked very nice, but when I put in the first cassette and tried to play it...it ate the tape. I only gave it two stars because it did look nice, if only the cassette player would have worked. I really had high hopes for this product.

This was a gift for someone whom is electronically challenged. They were able to follow the written instructions on how to record from either tape or vinyl record to CD with ease.

The Crosley Recorder arrived defective. The sound, no matter whether you played the radio, cassette or CD, was garbled. Our guess is that it could have been a loose speaker wire or something similar that was damaged. We returned the Crosley to Amazon for a full refund. We are still interested in this Crosley Recorder, but will try finding a local dealer or order direct from the manufacturer if possible to save the hassle of returns authorization, shipping and credits from a third party/middleman.

My husband has wanted a recorder to put vinyl LPs onto CDs for a long time. This came with more features than we expected and we were thrilled. The quality is superior and latest version. Well worth the search, comparison, and price.
