4.0 out of 5 stars brilliant
Customer Video Review     Length:: 0:36 Mins
there's some issues like the battery only comes with enough power to shoot 1 shoot.
The gun holds 400-500 rounds and is only full-auto. works good charges fast and last long.

cool gun, but has some faults. First of all, the crossman airlift dudes deceived me and I thought that the battery was the magazine. Instead, the bb's go in a hopper at the top. Also, my gun keeps jamming, and I don't know if it is because I have to many, or too little in the hopper. Another thing is that there is no extra hoppers available. Speedloader is necessary. The...

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome fun, for all ages!, October 2, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
My grandson and I are having a great time with the guns we purchased at Pyramyd Air. Just a little note on their customer support. AS you can see by the picture included of lead pellets, Amazon has mismatched the title and the item. I was trying to order an R73 Clear Airsoft gun for my grandson and lo and behold a couple of days later, I received a brown box of lead pellets. You have never seen a more disappointed face than the one on Michael that moment! Anyway, I called Amazon immediately and cried foul, but as you can still see by the mislabeled tag/item, they did not hear my complaint, or at least did absolutely nothing about it. So I called the company Pyramyd Air directly and spoke with a new employee, Kelly, and began to read her the riot act. She listened to my tyrade (an homage to the company!) and began to search with me for a suitable replacement and they would honor the initial deal too. We were on the phone for over an hour trying to find a gun that was actually in stock, never quite happened, but we did find one that could ship on 9/10. She was GREAT!! She took a mean, nasty customer that had been really screwed by AMAZON and turned it around to where I would HIGHLY recommend the good people at PYRAMYD AIR because they (Kelly thank you again! She actualy called to tell me it wouldn't actually ship until the 15th and then called AGAIN to make sure I/we received it. Man you guys at PYRAMYD have to keep her, she's good!)did such a wonderful job on this screw up by AMAzon.

Sincerely,
Doug M.

5.0 out of 5 stars Inexpensive Target Practice, March 23, 2005
You can count on Crosman Pellets for outstanding consistancy and accuracy. I cannot vouch for competetive target shooters but for inexspensive fun these pellets cannot be beat. Their design results in maximum velocity and tragectory and can accentuate the maximum fun quotient for any gun they are fired out of! Also, buyiing in bulk seems like an excellent way to get the most fun for your money and have some left over for pizza and soda afterwards!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Gun, August 11, 2011
This gun is good the battery charges fairly quickly which is nice. The bb's go in the scope which is just a little hole to look through, but its better than nothan and sense i dont like clear airsoft guns you can take it apart and spray paint the clear black, thats what i did and it looks great. It holds about 500 bb's and is 225fps wich is accurate up to 30ft good gun for starters.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good CQC Gun, July 16, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The Pulse R73 is a pretty good gun overall. It has a great fire rate, good durability, and a long lasting battery. The only problem though is that the R73 has only 225 FPS (feet per second), and this means that the range in which you can fire accurately is quite small, only a few hundred feet, and this can be a problem in some Airsoft wars. I have decided that this weapon is a good CQC weapon overall due to the fire rate and lack of range. I would buy this great Crosman gun if I were you!

5.0 out of 5 stars The best 0.177 FT pellet, July 21, 2010
By
After a lot of testing, and a lot of pellet buying, I came to the conclusion that these are the best pellets for Field Target shooting in spring piston airguns, and perhaps the best all-around pellet in .177 for guns over 12 foot-pounds. They're great hunting pellets, and cheap enough to use for casual plinking. COnsistency from one pellet to the next- or even one batch to the next- is first rate.

For PCP guns, the heavier 10.5 gr. Crosman Premiers are my first choice, and for low powered guns, RWS match pellets.

i love this gun. its great because it holds 500 bbs and its automatic. the bad thing about it is its loading. you have to take off the scope and load it into the bottom 1 by 1. but you dont have to worrry about reloading because it hols 500 bbs. this is the best gun i have ever bought.i think im going to saty shopping on amazon for a long time.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not Worth It, February 19, 2010
This review is from: Crosman Full Auto Electronic Pulse R73 Airsoft Rifle Black / Clear (Misc.)
My friend bought this gun at walmart thinking it was a steal so he would actually stand a chance when we airsofted. We were a little disappoinpted to find that the "magazine" was actually just the battery, instead the bbs go into a scope/hopper at the top. Despite the fact that the hopper holds like 200+ bbs, It gets in the way alot considering that the hopper blocks the sights so you cant actually aim through them! Second, the fps ( feet per second ) was very low, like 150 or something! Third, the gun doesnt really have good range or accuracy, even if it does the bbs tend to curve. Lastly, the gun broke after like 5 months ( if that ) until it jammed and stopped working. Overall not worth your money, I recomend buying the Crosman R72 Softair-Pulse Pistol, a much better aeg for only a bit more of your money, i havnt had any problems with my R72!
