Straight out of the box at 10 meters tested this instrument with two pellets. Dead on. Sounds almost like a .22 long. Nice weight. Excellent machining. Be sure to clean with silicone only. Looking down the breech I saw metal filings due, I suppose, to the rifling procedure. Otherwise ready to fire immediately. Really glad I got this air gun. Paid $85 via Woot, a subsidiary of Amazon. You won't be sorry.

This was a great buy all around. I researched the rifle and it proved to be as good as the reviews said. Impressive actually. The negatives mentioned in other reviews are pretty insignificant to me when you consider the price and performance. I fully recommend this to anyone looking for quality rifle. Maybe recommend a beginner start with something less powerful. Its not an elephant gun but it definitely blows rifles in its price range out the water. The scope is not as bad as I read in other reviews. You wont see the moon but it is a clear sight and works in reasonable distances. Delivery was on time. Received less than a week.

I ordered this rifle through Woot a few days ago. I have not shot a pellet gun since i was a kid and i must say i am very impressed with how the technology has developed. I know the Gamo rifles and some of the other ones out there are supposed to be amazing but for what i paid for this rifle you cant beat it. Was very easy to use and i mounted the scope and shot and i was within 1.5" of the bullseye from about 20 yards without adjusting anything. I am going to cause some havoc with this on some local pests. I also recommend the Crosman Destroyer pellets. I bought a Gamo 4 pack of different pellets and a tin of the Crosmans. They all shoot fairly well but the Crosman does the most damage by far. Left a fairly large hole in the back of the pop can i was shooting! Much larger than the pointed pellets i was shooting. Overall a great little gun and a lot of fun!

besides the scope it's the most powerful air rifle I've ever owned. it has a very slight kick which is pretty awesome, and within the first two months I've owned it I've bagged 15 squirrels kill a opossum two raccoons and five crows. after I sighted in the scope it was deadly accurate and I've been using it constantly ever since. the rubber stock cover is removable so you can store some ammo or other items in it. WARNING: It IS a very powerful pellet rifle, I DON'T recommend this for children. I believe If I child were shot using this gun it could possible kill them, SO NO CHILDREN.

I like the way it shoots and it has a good body style . I just caution you to be careful where your hand is when breaking the barrell because it will pinch your skin.

As an ex marine and reserve soldier, I like the design. I did not want a real gun, but a nice military styled air rifle for sporting and target practices.

I am a High Power Rifle shooter, and was looking for a pellet rifle that I could use in the basement during the winter off-season to practice the offhand standing position. This TR77 had the AR- type grip, and according to the reviews, had a two-stage trigger. I thought, great, I can adjust it to mimic my Geissele trigger and I am good to go. Granted, it comes only with a scope, and that will be different from the aperture and post sights, but I am ok with that--my issues with offhand are NPA and trigger control. I had to do a trigger job finally; the adjustments just didn't do the job,
but we all know that, don't we.

Well, after putting over 900 shots of crosman wad cutters through it, I am getting my groups down to a nickel at 10 meters, and the only reason
I am not holding a dime sized group is on me, just need to keep working on the trigger press.
This is a great rifle, very consistent. I added a picatinny rail and put a simmons scope on it that I had lying around my gun vault, and I used blue Loctite to lock the rail in place, thus reducing the constant tightening of screws loosened by the considerable jolt each shot gives to a scope.

I actually spent $49.95 for a reconditioned one, figuring that it should work fine--after all, reconditioning solves manufacturing defects, right?
Highly recommend this rifle for accuracy, and it certainly meets my needs.

Great rifle. I'm a military trained expert qualified shooter. 1 out of 3 shots fires off and you need to put a different scope on it. For the price, I'd buy again. Very powerful.

I've had this rifle for a while and works excellently, accurate powerful, the noise is not a issue because whatever you shoot at you won't have to shoot again, and won't have time to hear it and run... it's fatal when combined with "Crosman Destroyed EX" and "Crosman Premier HP"
