The bag I received in my first order came dirty but the second bag arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Overall excellent workmanship (it held up quite well in my weekly travels for work). The bag is also stylish and the interior is well designed. I received a number of compliments on this case. Due to it being so pricy, I'm only giving four stars.
