Let me start off by saying that my bed arrived yesterday and its beautiful; exactly what i wanted; it looks exactly like the picture. Also, it came packaged extremely well which lends hand to how good the company i ordered it from is. if i was just rating the packaging and the product itself, i would give 5 stars; however i would like to raise three things to be aware of for anyone purchasing this bed. 1. Shipping is 100 dollars. 2. The company itself does not send out confirmations via email nor do they update you when your package is sent out (i emailed them yesterday to see if they had ever received my order and i was told that the package was already in a FedEx truck in my neighborhood). 3. Finally, this is a Head Board and Foot Board; not a Bed; therefore unless you already have a queen sized skeleton frame with a Head Board AND Foot Board Bracket (mine only had the Head Board Brackets) Then its going to cost you another $100... With all that said, in the end i highly endorse this product; it looks stunning in my bedroom and even with the extra $200 tacked on to the price (for the shipping and new frame) it is deffinately worth the price tag.

This is a lovely set and it does state it is just the headboard and footboard so it was no surprise not to get a frame with it. We were able to get a proper frame for hardly over $50 locally anyway. I also purchased the matching bench and am so in love with this set. It was roughly $500 for both boards, the bench and shipping so a steal compared to anything else I had been finding in my searches. Delivery was quite fast, assembly is minimal and simple. To those who comment on high shipping, it is a large box and heavy as well, and shipping rates have sky rocketed this year so I was honestly relieved it wasn't higher than it was. Good deal, great set, great price!

This Product was received in a wonderful condition, the delivery guy called me before he arrived. The anticipation of receiving this product was accompanied by okay service. NOW LET ME WARN YOU! IF you live on a floor other than the First.....you might want to think twice about ordering this product, maybe it was just because of that particular shipping company here in NY. BUT I HAD TO CARRY THIS PRODUCT UP MY TWO FLIGHT WALK UP, AND MY 19 yr old 130lb brother could've carried it up those stairs........BUT NONETHELESS.... TO THE POINT. THE PICTURE ON THE PRODUCT PAGE IS CORRECT FOLKS! THIS PRODUCT IS BROWN! NOT a "BOLD BLACK" FINISH LIKE THE DESCRIPTION SAYS! I'd return it if I wasn't moving in today, because I needed Black and now have to switch the whole room around. IT looks good set up and put together, BUT if you want BLACK... STAY AWAY FOLKS!

Delivered to the door, assembley is easy (I did it with my teenage daughter), fits standart Walmart bed frame, looks great. Still the placement in the room should be considered, because side view not so good as the head board is curved and does not come to the wall.

the product itself was nice and was as described, however when assembling the product the pieces were cut improperly and made the product useless and impossable to assemble

I ordered my bed a few days ago due to the bad weather I got it a little later then I normally would have but once I received it I was very happy.The bed is great, it looks sleek and sexy and rich in taste you will love it too if you order it.Im glad I was able to get this bed. I hope this helps you in making your decision to purchase this item.

I bought this cause it looked good in the pic and was cheap. Well, just another case of you get what you pay for. We had to buy a special frame, just like most other people commented, but it still doesn't fit well because our mattress is a pilow top and sits too high, and using a low profile frame won't work with this. Also, it comes with a cross brace that is supposed to go on the headboard, but it doesn't line up to its own pieces. I would have returned it as soon as we got it, but there is a restocking fee and then the shipping charges, not worth it. Don't waste your time on this.
