This review is from: Cross-fire (Paperback)
Kirk McGarvey finds out the hard way that his old nemesis of the Russian KGB, Arkady Kurshin, is still alive. He poses as Kirk as he plots to blow up the CIA headquarters in Paris. It only gets worst for Kirk from there as he has to prove his innocence and at the same time try to keep a shipment of gold from falling into the wrong hands in Iran. Oh yeah, he also gets himself involved with a beautiful woman in Argentine who is trying to find out what was on a German submaine that her Grandfather commanded and was apparently sabotaged at the end of WWII.

The plot gets a little confusing here and what Kirk has to do would even had been difficult for Superman to pull off. This story is fast paced to say the least, but a little comical.
