Works on all devices I own and is compatible with Apple, Android and Kindle Products I have used it on.... Perfect travel cord.

I purchased the cable in August 2013 directly from their website. I thought someone had finally figured out a solution to the issue many Apple product owners are now faced with: how do I charge my 30 pin iPad and my lightning cable iPhone with a singe cable? I quickly discovered the design flaw that physically won't allow this due to the connections being adjacent rather than on opposite sides of the hub. This isn't necessarily a huge problem. It just means that I can travel with a single cord, but charge my items at different times.

The real driver of my low rating is the issue of quality. After 60 days of use, the 8 pin lightning connector would charge intermittently requiring it to be "wiggled" to get it to charge again. Well, eventually the connector literally fell out of the rubber molding. I suspect this is a manufacturing defect that will likely affect many users.

Even more frustrating is the fact that calling the customer service line gets you a "mailbox is full" message. It's likely full of complaints from irate customers like myself.

This product isn't unique anymore. You can find similar, better designs at the airport electronics shop next time you travel (or Amazon). I would advise steering clear of this manufacturer.
