This is one of my prize possesions. We have a lot of clocks and I would not trade this one for any of the other ones. It is so simple to set up. Put the batteries in the temperture sensor, wait ten minutes, put the batteries in the clock, wait until the next day and see a geat display of time, temp. and date. I love this clock because of its size and features.

Never have to turn on the tv or look out the window to read a thermometer to see the temp.

I bought one of these for myself and one later as a Christmas gift. The setup is simple and the performance is reliable. Our local phone company no longer has a number you can dial for the time, so this is handy to have around when the power goes out. The only thing I think could be improved on would be the addition of a bright backlight.

I bought this for two reasons: automatically have the time set and the outdoor temp. This fails miserably on both counts! I have had this for over a month now and it never has set itself to the Atomic clock...never! The outdoor temp worked for a day and then nothing! Tried replacing the batteries, moved the clock outside, put the remote temp sensor next to the clock to no avail. The only thing this does right is the inside temp. My advice....buy one that plugs into the wall....they seem to work with no problems.

We have these on all three floors of our house and have given them several times as gifts. The clock is always right and we always know the outdoor temperature before we step outside. You quickly get spoiled by the instant information gratification.

My close Friend told me about Atomic Clocks, and all the things they do... And on battery power, so they do not go off every time the power fails, what a pain that is, resetting all the regular clocks:( We would be lost without the correct time, but having the day and inside and outside temp is WAY handy for us also. We now give Atomic clocks for gifts any time a gift is in order! love it! Would not live without one, ever again...

I purchased this item at Walmart less than 2 years ago and the outside temperature does not work anymore. I had no trouble with the clock up to this point, but I tried everything the instructions tell you to do and it still is not working. There is just "---" on the screen. I've read numerous reviews on this product that state the same problem. The clock looks nice, but it didn't last very long.

The product is great. Easy to set up, very accurate, and the information included on the face is all inclusive. The time, indoor and outdoor temps, date, and the expected change in the weather are all there at a glance. I also like the design.

Received this product as a gift and was very pleased, so we purchased 3 as gifts this Christmas.

Avoid this clock. It is a waste of money. The outside remote fails and the clock shows dashes where the outside temperature should show. It worked for a month then the outdoor temperature readout quit. All the batteries are still good. With the help of online instructions I finally got the clock set to the right time zone.

A week later and the clock has exactly the same problem- no outside temperature. Battery test still show good. Currently, I've been waiting for 2 hours after everything is reset but the clock can't find the remote temperature transmitter that is sitting 3 inches away from it.

Both times the outside temperature quit was on the coldest nights. That is when I want to know the temperature. I live in CA where the coldest I would see is only around freezing. If it doesn't work in a temperate zone then colder areas would have the same problem.

I can't depend on it for outside temperature and it isn't worth the trouble to send back. Find another clock and pass on this one.

I put in the batteries and waited til the next day to see the time appear - it doesn't work. Heck I have alarm clocks in each bedroom that automatically get the correct time almost instantly when the power goes out. This is a waste of money.

I wanted to stand it up on top of my tv console, but it HAS to be hung on a wall.

The date is in European format with 7/11 meaning November 7th. I don't see where it can be changed.

This is kinda cheap looking when I got it. I expected more for the money.

I'm keeping my old, cheaper, better clock above my tv. This one reflects the light from the floorlamp in my room and is very difficult to read compared to any clock I've ever had.
