I very much like the information displayed and how it is arranged. The transmitter is outside a window on the opposite side of the condo and the unit still easily receives the signal through several walls. The only significant negative is there is extra clear plastic covering the front which is highly reflective, often making the information hard to read from many angles. I'm even debating trying to cut it off and make it like other La Crosse stations where the liquid crystal level is the top surface.

I had difficulty getting the transmission from outside to inside working. And the information at the bottom is extremely difficult to read, especially if your eyes have been on earth for a while. Other than that, it provides what I thought it would.

The produce seems to work well but I don't like the reset procedure after changing the batteries. My biggest complaint is that the display is very hard to read in certain light conditions. A red or green readout would be much easier to see in low light. And the glass should be non-glare.

I'm not sure how accurate this product is because I have never tested it against another thermometer. Having more than 1 input for multiple sensors is nice if you want to put a sensor in the garage or something. The display is not as good as our previous model however. Unless you stand directly in front of it the numbers and pictures are hard to see.

This unit works well. I live in Florida and enjoy the ability to see what the future trend will be. Measurements are very accurate. Humidity is a big issue in Florida, so I bought an extra Temp/Humidity unit. to keep in a different part of the house. It lets me know if air conditioning is working properly.

We received this weather station yesterday. I planned to use it in our Riga greenhouse to alert us to high and low temperatures. I was skeptical of it's 330 foot claimed transmission distance. Our greenhouse is located about 150 feet away from the house. Amazon packaging was well done as usual and item arrived without a scratch. Setup was quick and easy. Simply place the batteries in the outdoor sensor first then install into the receiver. In about 15 minutes the two have synched up and the sensor is ready to be installed outside. I placed the sensor into the middle of the greenhouse and proceeded to walk up to the house with the receiver in hand. The wireless signal strength indicator never waivered from the maximum signal strength. I took it into the house where it had to pass around some corners and through one exterior brick wall and two interior walls. Signal strength still at max.
I proceeded to setup the high and low temperature alerts. Low at 40 and high at 90. This morning we were awakened with the alert letting us know that the greenhouse interior was greater than 90 degrees. We grow several types of Asian plants and trees so we try to keep temps between 40-90. Were located in south central Texas so it's harder to keep the greenhouse cool than warm. We have four automatic roof vents in the greenhouse but it appears we may need some additional cooling. I love this new wireless weather station.

The only con with this weather station is the missing batteries. You would think that at this price point the manufacturer could include 5 double A alkaline batteries.

Works great and easy to set up. It took a couple of days to start registering the weather trends, but after that it worked great. It has predicted every major storm that has hit.

I like the product, but I would prefer the display to start Indoor Temp/Indoor Humidity, then Outdooe Temp/Humidity. Everyone who's encountered the unit agreed that Outdoor Humidity then Temp followed by Indoor Humidty/Temp seems backwards. I don't have the glare issue others discussed. Set up of the base station and the outdoor sensor was easy and worked the first time.

Very good product for the price ($42)...The forecast icon area and the pressure are a bit confusing. Also the bottom forecast area leaves room for improvement. Keeps telling me a "tempest" has an 80% chance of occuring, but no "tempest" yet...
Glass should be non-glare. Again, bottom line is that at Ron's Hardware for $42, you can't beat this product...One final note: the sensor should have been a
TX21U-IT instead of a TX28U-IT, but that's what's in the packaging from China...
