The forecaster includes a remote, wireless outdoor humidity and temperature gauge that installs quickly and easily up to 330 feet away. The main console also displays indoor humidity and temperature. An atomic clock keeps perfect time, automatically adjusting for Daylight Saving Time. The clock also features a 12/24-houre display. The receiver requires 2 "AAA" Alkaline Batteries, which usually last up to 24 months. The remote sensor powers up with one CR2032 battery, which lasts up to 12 months. The receiver measures 5.2 by 2.3 by .7 inches, while the sensor measures 3.5 by 1.5 by .53 inches.
