5.0 out of 5 stars One of the funnest games ever made
I grew up playing Crossfire, and now I've had it over 10 years, and it's still in perfect condition and its still fun to play. Me and my older brother still play it every now and then. It's not only fun for kids to play, its fun for adults too, but I would recommend it more for kids. It'll be one of their favorite things to do, if not their favorite. There's not...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not the same game...
I bought this for my daughter last Christmas after remembering how much I loved it as a child in the 70's. It's ok, but not the same game as back then. They have made the board much shorter, and the guns are a much cheaper plastic material. The main difference is the board material. I believe the original had a hard plastic bottom you shot across. This one is some kind...

It's not only fun for kids to play, its fun for adults too, but I would recommend it more for kids. It'll be one of their favorite things to do, if not their favorite. There's not anything that's dangerous about the game.

You have two plastic guns and you use metal marbles that are a little bit bigger than a BB to shoot two items shaped like a star into your opponent's goal until somebody wins. It's pretty much a game of speed because you have to keep loading the gun with the BB's when you run out (which is pretty often). It also tests how good your aim is. If you have any kids, I'd recommend getting Crossfire, it'll be an instant classic in the house.

I got my first expierence of this game when I was really little, but I don't remember that. I played this game while on vacation at New Jersey, 4 years later and I loved it! So on the way home we stopped at Toys 'R Us and got one. It's nice chaotic fun with a strategic feel. There's these 2 guns at the ends of a board, and you have these marbles and 2 pucks. You start machine-gunning marbles into a puck to try to push it into an oppenent's goal. Keep reloading! One of the guns is more powerful than the other, but that one has more rapid fire. This is great fun!

I had this game when I was a kid! Actually I think it was my brother who recieved it as a christmas present but, my family would all take turns playing it with one another. In fact, this game really stands the test of time because my parents still have the very one that I used to play with as a kid and whenever the grandkids come over, including my two children they head right for it! We will be moving early next year, due to my husbands job and we will be living very far away from thier grammy and grandpa so I will be sure to buy my kids this game this christmas so that we have one in our home! This really is the best game out there and even though the age group recomendation is 7 and up my son and nephew who are far younger {2 and 4} even join in on the fun. It really is rare that you find a toy that the whole family can enjoy. This is one of those toys!

Crossfire is the greatest board game (that doesn't involve dice) ever to be created. I'm really surprised that the game isn't one of the top sellers at Milton Bradley. The game works almost flawlessly and is entertaining for hours on end. I recommend that you go buy it rigt now!

This game is the best game ever. My all time favorite, it gets your adrenalin running through your veins and puts the white on your knuckles. Its fun for all ages and it works great if one person loads the marbles for you while you fire and try to get the star and triangle to the other persons side.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun while it lasted, March 1, 2003

We do had issues with the toy's construction. After 3 days, the shooting mechanism in one gun broke, so the marbles just flow out without shooting. I mentioned it to a friend who said that his kid's Crossfire also broke in the same way. Those little metal wires they use as a springing mechanism just don't last / stay put. It could be a fun game, but the shoddy construction is really prohibitive here.

I bought this for my 6 year old nephew because he likes guns and hockey and this is a safe combo of the two. We had a blast at Christmas. It's easy to learn so that he was able to beat the adults and we all had fun and a lot of laughter. You can adjust it to make it harder for an adult playing with a child. It was our favorite Christmas game this year and we loves games. It you like competition- this is for you.

Shoot the little metel bulets across the board to shoot the pieces into your oppents zone. reload before you run out of bullets or you won't have anything to block the pieces from coming into your zone. A very fun game!
