The Crossing Over of Mattie Pearl is the beautiful and very special story of mother and daughter, and how the daughter was given concrete proof that there is indeed an after life. This is the essence of The Crossing Over of Mattie Pearl. It is Andrea R. Garrison personal narrative of not the death of her mother, but the transformation of her mother. "Look up to the Glory and you will find God," says Mattie Pearl. Mattie Pearl has her feet on Earth, yet she soars with Angels. As a reader of this very personal journey, I was left that with no doubt that our Soul takes flight in immortal splendor once we leave this Earthly existence. Yet the story is told simply around friends, family, and supportive gatherings, which make the truth in this volume all the more meaningful. It is a terrific book, but the book is just the beginning. There is an audio CD that Andrea narrated herself with background music and sound effects. To listen to her voice is to get the voice and heart of the story. Last in the trilogy is DVD with the sights and sounds of nature dove tailing this uplifting tale. Through Garrison's works, we clearly feel the love she had for her Mom. The Crossing Over of Mattie Pearl is must read, hear, and/or see for anyone, who would like to open their hearts to the wonders of the heavenly world.
