I recently purchased this watch and have been severely disappointed. The first watch I received had an issue with the clasp, with one side not holding together. I contacted the seller and he immediately sent out a replacement watch with a return tag for the first watch. This was outstanding customer service, and was greatly appreciative. The replacement watch was shipped factory fresh with all the tags and wrappings (as was the first one). I immediately noticed that the clasp was a lot more secure and was very happy with the purchase.....until the following week. I was taking the watch off for the evening and the clasp literally just fell apart in my hands. This really upset me considering this watch supposedly has a MSRP of over [...] (which is total BS). The watch looks great, and felt very solid, but after two faulty examples I cannot recommend this to anyone! Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS WATCH!
