Enjoyed the series a real life look at doctors and how they do their jobs. I liked the episode I bought it. Too bad there are only a few episodes each "season"

As a once first responder serving on a volunteer rescue unit I can attest to a lot of what I observed on this show were indeed a lot of the unusual and sometimes funny things observed by people serving in and around the hospitals ER. Unfortunately they can't show a lot of the truly heart wrenching cases, such the abused children and elderly that are often brought in.
