I have had this square for some time and assumed it was square and that alignment issues were my fault. I checked this against a high quality set of engineers squares from 2 other makers and sure enough this square does not live up to its name = trash can time. I commented the same on the other review but needed to rate this.Crown 125 6-Inch Try Square, Rosewood

I got this as a gift (and a backup try square to my machinsts square), and I want to return it. It is poorly made and I would not trust that it holds a perfect 90 degree angle. A try square is one of the essential items for a woodworker. Do yourself a favor and by a nice try square. This is one of those items you do not want to go cheap on.
