4.0 out of 5 stars Clams, water and citric acid, November 27, 2009

These clams are packaged with no additional sodium. I like them but you have to add salt to suit your taste. The clams are small and some are a little bit sandy. All things considered, I like the clams. I use them primarily to make white clam sauce.

Recipe:
1 can clams drained
1/2 cup white wine
1 bottle clam juice
spices: basil, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, white pepper, salt
Romano cheese
pasta of your choice

5.0 out of 5 stars excellent product, March 30, 2008
This review is from: Crown Prince Natural Wild Caught Boiled Baby Clams, 10-Ounce Cans (Pack of 12) (Grocery)
Just clams, no or very low salt, so you can use in pasta, soup, etc without raising the salt content of your dish. If your used to over salty products of this kind these clams might take a little getting used to, season and add salt to your own tastes. More companys should let the consumer add salt or sugar to a product after purchse.

Very good, drained and saved the juice which I then used for a white sauce.
