For those who want to feel with Jesus.....,

An amazing little book! Among all the books I read about Jesus, this one touched me the most, in an innermost personal way. It was as if I was with Jesus as a personal friend (!). I FELT Jesus' love and pain, I FELT Jesus' dearest friends' urgent love and caring. It makes the bible so much more interesting, it adds flavor. So much love..... One can also see how people ate and lived (they ate healthy), especially the inner group that Jesus belonged -- their discipline, their way of life, their way of looking at things. No matter how Jesus passed physically, it does not matter, it is how and what he said makes the difference, dwells in us. It is the spirit of a person that lingers on with us, whether one believes in the spirit / supernatural world or not. My mother, a very smart lady, does not believe in any spirit matter (Asian or Western), but, if she reads this book, she would appreciate and or try to look into the doctrine that Jesus taught, she would be overwhelmed by the fact that how simple Jesus' spirit was/is.I read it in September of 1999. I just started to read it the second time. Of course, I see more the second time -- More sweet, and I am learning to be more patient, becoming a better person. I do not usually read a book the second time from word to word, because there are so many books are waiting for me. I have been longing to read this one the second time for a long while, and so happy that I am doing it; I am slowly enjoying every scene in the book, hoping the book would never end. GinYee.
