Crunchies Freeze-Dried Roasted Veggies are a mix of 100 percent real, great-tasting corn, peas, carrots, tomatoes, and red bell peppers. The only thing taken out of the veggies through Crunchies' patented freeze-drying process is water. No additives, no preservatives. That means no added sugar, no oil, no sulphur. They're wheat-free, gluten-free, and GMO-free, but rich in fiber and a great source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Less water equals more flavor and a satisfying crunch that both kids and adults love. All this and only 100 calories per 1/2 cup! It's truly nature's ultimate snack food, and comes in a convenient resealable bag that's great for kids lunches, hiking, school, work, or any in-between meal snack on-the-go.

About the Brand

Founded in 1993, Crunchies Food Company began with a mission: to create a line of foods that was not only unique and innovative, but also healthy and great tasting. I love these things, for munching as well as adding to things like cornbread. The "roasted" flavor is noticeable and excellent, and the veggies are sweet and crispy.

I bought this product for my picky toddler, and she actually eats it. I just wish there was a greater variety of veggies in the mix.
