Confusing for a beginner,

I have just started using aerobic DVDs to work out at home. I found that this one added new steps too quickly, and spent a lot of time just moving back and forth trying to figure out the move.
Additionally, the women in the aerobics work out were panting hard after the first 2 minutes. I tried to put more energy, and still was barely breathing hard after 5 minutes. Out of the three DVDs that I purchased, this one gets a thumbs down.
