I bought this title and several other American Girl mysteries for my 9- and 11-year-old daughters. We have not been disappointed in any of them so far. The thing I like most about them is that they keep older girls interested in the series. My 9-year-old still likes the original American Girl books but she is an avid reader and they are much too short for her. The mystery books are longer and have more involved plots; my 11-year-old loves them even though she won't read the shorter original books any more. I would recommend these without reservation.

This is another fabulous Samantha Mystery! My granddaughter loves them all! As long as more are made available I will continue to buy them! The stories are very well written and once you start reading them, you can't stop! Right now we are waiting for a new one to be published.
