Very different from the album version - much rockier arrangement on the single, but it's an outstanding rendition of a strong song. This girl has a great voice, extraordinary talent and is developing into an top echelon artist. She didn't write this song, but she does write a lot of her own stuff now.

Buy the albums and get this single too - you won't regret it, and for the guys, the sleeve photography could be a lot worse.

The remix of "Cying Game" is different, real different. With all the horns in the background, you almost think it's a Mavericks song. Is it any good? The song is the same and Sara Evans is great so if that's what you like, super, but if you are looking for a dance remix, with extra bass, etc, like a Faith Hill type remix, you will be in for a shock.I personally think her label is trying to cash in on the whole Latin music craze buy adding more horns, etc and hiding the country instruments. All and all, it's good but doesn't replace the original. The one perk is that you get the song "Wait a Minute", apparently an extra song from her international version of "No Place That Far". It is straight up, Sara Evans Country.

5.0 out of 5 stars 'Born To Fly' CD, April 3, 2002

If you have any 'feeling for country music in its present form this is a collection for you. Look at The Circle 'C' and note that this recording has been available since year 2000. Where do you get your money's worth...and more from one recording? You can't go wrong with Sara Evan's "Born To Fly".
She has recorded a Diane Warren song, "I Could Not Ask For More", and Warren is most likely the best pop music writer in the business, today. You could debate me on this...most likely you'd lose on merit.
This collection is worth the money you'll spend, new, used or whatever.
I wouldn't know Sara Evans if she ran over me in a parking lot but, she surely knows how to make good recordings.
I don't have a personal or financial interest in this recording but, I have an emotional interest in really good music. You'll love this CD...it's a bargain.
