HAVING PURCHASED BOTH THE GEL AND THE SPRAY, I'VE FOUND THAT THERE'S NO COMPARISON BETWEEN THE TWO. THE SPRAY IS VERY WATERY AND ONLY SPRAYS IN A "PUDDLE" REGARDLESS OF HOW THE SPRAYER IS SET. FURTHERMORE, THE GEL SEEMS TO LAST LONGER WHEN IT COMES TO PAIN RELIEF.

When I first used cryoderm pain spray it was because I had knee pain. I was scheduled for surgery for a torn ligament in my knee. A friend told me to order Cryoderm from earthturns and how fast cryoderm gave her relief, so I tried it.
It went on nice and cool and in a few minutes I noticed that my knee felt really good. I actually stopped limping. This is great stuff, strong smelling but works great. My husband and I use is almost daily. Feels great on sore joints. Just don't get it near your eyes.
Also used in a cold mist humidifier as a decongestant. (Add a couple sprays to the water, really helps.)
