Necessary Reading,

"Cryonics: Reaching for Tomorrow" is necessary reading for anyone considering cryonic suspension as an alternative to the traditional "burn or bury" method of dealing with the dead. Though cryonics is by no means a proven technology (with no successful re-animations at this point), at the very least, it holds a possibility of extended life in the future. This concept was once regarded as science fiction or pseudo-science...but then again so was cloning. If you read this book, you will undoubtedly see the plausibility of cryonic suspension, and will perhaps think twice about how much you truly value your own life.An editorial point-- this book should be listed with two authors: Michael Darwin and Brian Wowk.

This book is a must for collectors of ridiculous propaganda and general oddities. Great for the coffee table, or for reading on the bus if you don't want the person next to you to try to talk to you. I especially enjoyed the part about the legal rights of the deceased future frozen. Totally five stars for camp value.
