Without research, I have always been skeptical of anti-perspiring. However, simple deoderants are increasingly difficult to find. If there's any on the shelf of 20 or so anti-persperant brands, there is seldom more than one.

I'm so happy to have found Crystal Stick bc now I won't have to hunt again for a year! I was even happier to find that it works - and I'm in menopause. It works all day. It even works fairly well if I forget and put it on later in the day.

But I still didn't know if it was safe. A ten minute googling brought up Crystal Stick offered on several natural foods websites along with explanations of how it works and why it is safer. So, I'm happy and only a little sheepish about googling and enthusing over a deoderant.

Crystal Stick Deodorant is an excellent deodorant, not an aluminum-containing antiperspirant. Excellent product for young persons who could absorb the aluminum through their skin. Recommended by our pediatrician.

I heard a promo for Crystal on a radio show and coincidently I was getting tired of my regular Old Spice. I hate that sticky feeling under my arms, so I tried Crystal. 4 months later and I won't think of using anything else. Like the other reviewers said, it's deodorizing powers are awesome!
The first few times I didn't know what to expect, because when you apply it, it feels like nothing is going on. Think rubbing an extremely smooth stone. That being said, you won't stink at the end of the day.
Buy it, you will not be disappointed.

I was surprised at how well this works. I love that it's natural and really works better than deodorants and anti-perspirants. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that my arm pits have been slightly itchy. But using natural products is important to me and nothing has worked this well so I'm willing to deal with a little itch rather than a lot of chemicals. I recommend it to everyone.

This deodorant works great. No odor at the end of the day. It lasts an entire year...it is dirt cheap and none of those harmful chemicals on your pits!!!

This product was recommended to me by a friend, and I reluctantly tried it after not being able to find the unscented version of the deodorant I had normally used. Wow! I was very impressed. Although there are times that I don't feel quite as dry under the arms as I did with my old product (which has antiprespirant), I don't have any odor even after a full day of active work. This suprised me because I struggle to find products that work for me due to my body going through normal cycle changes. These changes often render some of the deodorants that I have tried to be completely ineffective. The best part is that this product is completely scent-free which means that I don't smell like a purfume counter. Now I can use the scented lotions for my skin which don't interfere with the scent of a deodorant (Example - Like when baby powder deodorant and cucumber melon lotion really don't smell great together) Best of all, one stick really does last for many months which means saving some money over the course of a year. I had no problems with application. Any sticking can be easily corrected by properly moistening the rock or moistening the area of application. Can be used on both underarms and feet. I recommend trying this product.

I like this because it's very natural. It helps odor without adding any colonge smell.

Since they have linked Aluminum to Alzheimer's disease, my mother has encouraged me to get the crystal deodorant because it has no Aluminum. I was hesitant because with the high paced job I have, I didn't think it would hold. This product holds very well;it holds as well as antiperspirant and what a bargain,one bottle of this stuff will last you over a year!!!

This product is fantastic! It works perfectly and true to the ads, the stick lasts forever. I had mine for a year, and I didn't even put a dent in it. If I hadn't accidently left it in a hotel room the thing would have probably lasted me several more years.

I noticed that some of the reviewers gave it a few less stars, because they say that it sticks to the skin. But, I think that they may have overlooked the directions where it says to wet it before you use it. When you do that, it's perfectly smooth.

I bought the stick version of this deoderant, & found it to be too hard. It doesn't go onto your skin easily, & therefore rubs your skin in trying to apply it. It's supposed to last a year, but it should be a little softer in consistancy so that you can get enough on to work. I'm going to try the roll on.
