These files are at an amazing price. The files are thicker, heavier, and have more grit than others on the market, and they seem to do the job of smooth nail filing just as well. They are also double sided. This is a smart buy.

4pc Cyrstal Glass Nail Files Set 5 1/2" - Assorted Colors w/designs This was a screaming deal. I had already purchased 3 single files at a small local shop for $9.99 each. I was blown away when I found them in a set of four for a similar price for a single.

These nail files are amazing!! They work extremly well on all nail types (I even used them on my acrylics!)

I thought the price was too good to be true, and it was. These nail files had too smooth a surface to do a good job. I love crystal glass files, but not these.

Fast delivery, packed very well, Love Love LOVE! These nail files. Love them because you can use thee files for the skin around the nails, and for heel callouses. They are fantastic and leave the nails and skin smooth no matter what direction you use them.

These are all very beautiful, and at a great price! Although I have not used it many times and the roughness of the file is already gone and does not work after that first several times.

Several years ago I purchased a glass nail file for about $20 that has lasted me for years and the grit is still just as good as the day I bought it. I thought these would be the same, but after only a few uses the grit is wearing off. You do indeed get what you pay for. Shame on me, I should know better.

I purchased these only after reading the reviews. However, my experience was very different from most of the reviewers. First, I do not have artificial nails, so the nail files were not overly stressed. I found that the nail files became smooth much too quickly and were not worth the money. I purchased a Tweezerman porceline nail file to replace the glass nail files and I am very pleased with the Tweezerman, which is still as effective as it was on the day that I received it. In the long term, the Tweezerman porceline nail file will be less expensive because it will not need to be replaced for years. In addition, the quality of filing results are excellent.

Unfortunately, I have purchased sharper glass files from art fair vendors. Also, I have short nails. These files are so thick that you cannot clean under short fingernails after filing.
