I didn't quite know what to expect from this installment in Bonewitz's crystal series. Of all his books, I've ended up liking the techniques and practical information in this one best of all.

While I feel that his academic treatment of the energies of crystal may be in need of amendment in light of more recent research, the meditations this book presents are great exercises for healing the heart.

Of any book written about crystals to deal exclusively with love and the heart center, I personally have found this one to be the most effective for creating order in my own life. The exercises help one to find peace, heal relationships with our inner child, parents, and promote self love long before moving on to attracting a partner.

The meditations are clear and concise, and the introductory information leading to each provided honest insight, which enabled me to deal with my own issues.

This would be a great addition to any library on emotional healing, self-help, and crystal healing especially. The techniques are effective and liberating.
