I love this flavor! You DO have to mix it in a 1 liter bottle and as far as removing the stains that everyone is talking about, all you need to do is use a little Cascade dishwasher detergent on a sponge and it comes right off! I always used this trick to remove alot of stains from my countertops!

I don't know about the health benefits but it is yummy! Only 5 calories, so it's a good way to distract myself from soda, when I want a little more pizazz than water.

I like this flavor mix best of all of the Crystal Light beverages. It is pleasantly sweet/tart with great flavor. And, it is good for you! How can a person go wrong with this combination???

Juicy flavor and natural taste, yum! Only complaint is that the color is intense - stains counters if you spill the powder and can stain teeth if you drink too much. Wish Crystal Light used less coloring!

The flavor is excellent. I myself do not detect an artificial sweetener taste that bothers me. When I make my own Pomegranate concoctions from Frozen Pomegranate Puree I can't get it better than this. I think this is a very painless way to get some Vitamins and drink more water.

It's a little more tart than the fruit punch, but a nice change. I tend to mix one of these with one K2O strawberry kiwi pouch in a large water bottle w/straw and those flavors mix well. I feel like I'm getting everything I can in that water: anti-oxidants from the Crystal Light, protein and fiber from the K2O and the water.

Over the last 2 or 3 months I've tried the Propel mixes, Lipton mixes, and the Crystal Light mixes. Out of all of them the Crystal Light was the best and the Pomegranate Cherry my favorite. It disolves easily in the bottle with little effort. Not like the Lipton that you have to shake the snot out of it for several minutes and still have gobs in the bottom of the bottle that didn't dissolve.
The Crystal Light actually tastes like the flavor that its supposed to be. Again, not like the Lipton that is only kinda, sorta, almost, but not quite, unlike the flavor that its supposed to be and ends up being yuk.
The best thing about it, its a lot cheaper than the others, cheaper than soda pop, & taste better than diet pop. And over the last 2 or 3 months that I've been drinking it I've dropped over 25 pounds. I'm 6'4" and I was over 245 pounds. Now I'm back down to 220 pounds. I'm definitely going to be buying more of this and recommending it to my friends.
And for those of us that every now & then like something a little extra in our drink, a shot of Spiced Rum goes pretty good in it too.

Definitely found out that although this flavor is great, it stains anything and everything. Even if I use one tub to four quarts, it's VERY dark. I have decided to stick with the lighter colored Crystal Lights to prevent anything else being red. :)

Aspertame causes alot of problems including preventing weight loss
It gives me a headache and causes my Mom's blood pressure to go up
I would rather get it with out any sweetner added or have honey in it.

The FDA knows it's poison and denies it.

I don't like to see people being hurt by the lies concerning what they eat and drink.

We should get in the habit of researching all ingredients in what we eat the less ingredients the better.
I hope this helps someone, if you drink sugar substitute and feel bad it could be the culprit.

The sun has side effects, caffeine has side effects, society has side-effects! Who cares!?! Somethin's gonna' kill you anyway!

[ahem] This stuff is awesome! Delicious! And if it makes me forget even for a short period of time that there's a pooh-pond across the road where I live (down range), I'll take a little aspartame....
