I love lemon.
I love green tea.
I love the fact that there is almost zero caffeine in this product.
No jitters, no crashing, just a great tasting product that mixes easily in my shaker bottle.
Yummy.
Light.

I have been a long time fan of Crystal Liight's Green Tea with Natural honey and lemon; for some reason I have not been able to find it in stores for 3 or 4 months. I absolutely adore this stuff. I don't know if it has any antioxidant benefits like real green tea but it sure helps me drink lots of water. I used to get it at my local Wal-mart but they have stopped carrying it. Getting it delivered is so much better and it costs less!

I'm not sure how good it is for you but it is delicious and doesn't have many calories. I have a feeling the grean tea is minimal but the taste is great.
