This book is best used in conjunction with a nice piece of rose quartz; for the most part, every meditation and exercise this book contains harnesses the capacity of this stone in particular. It is a very easy-to-use guide focusing on the healing and balancing of the heart center, as well as attracting love into our lives and learning to love ourselves.

This is a great beginner's book, as it may only talk about one crystal specifically, though all the crystal basics are covered and may be applied universally. More advanced practitioners or those seeking a deeper understanding of using crystals for healing the heart may find Brett Bravo's Crystal Love Secrets and Daya Sarai Chocron's Healing The Heart to be more effective.
