About the Author
Dick de Ruiter has been a yoga teacher since 1969 and since 1980 has specialized in the harmonic effects of sound. He is the author of the Binkey Kok Publications Book & CD series including Healing Sounds of Didgeridoo and The Unique Singing Bowl.
Tosca Tetteroo has been working as a crystal healer and gem therapist for over 25 years.

The information in the book, was brief. But concise. The CD in the book is very very good. Doing meditation, or yoga let's you resist humming a tune, or thinking about the music,you can focus on your breathing. My journey started with the first track. It combines old world with new, past with present.
