4.0 out of 5 stars Crystal Cheese, August 19, 2010

This review is from: Crystal Spheres (Advanced Dungeons & Dragons/Spelljammer Module SJA3) (Paperback)
I haven't actually played this adventure yet, so take my comments with a grain of salt.

A young prince asks your PCs for help at the beginning of this module. A vampire has taken over the crystal sphere (Greatspace) which this young man is supposed to rule upon his father's death. The vampire intends to extinguish the sun, thus eliminating its only weakness. In order to prevent this, the party must go through two more sphers to obtain "sun seeds." Then they must travel to the vampire's home sphere -- Darkspace, I'm sorry to report -- and defeat the vampire.

Just from reading through the adventure, I've gotten the impression that there's a little cheese involved, but that it isn't a bad story. It is intended to challenge a party of 5th-7th level characters.
