A Steven Halpern classic,

For years I played this album on a cassette tape, but I needed to update so I could play it in my yoga classes. Steven Halpern's music always takes me away gently and slowly. On one of the tracks he plays crystal bowls that will balance your chakras. It is the reason I bought it.This one is a classic.

This is one of the best of Steven Halpern's best releases. Although the music themes and melodies are repeated on many of his other songs/albums, this one has always been my favorite for relaxation.
