This Travel-Charger is very reliable and helps a lot while traveling through Europe because is supports 230 V sockets as well as 120 V sockets. It usually charges 2500mAh batteries within 3 to 4 hour. This is not a fast-charge because if you charge batteries too fast it may decrease their amount of possible charges. But you can still charge two sets of batteries within one afternoon.
A very good and cheap buy for such a reliable and multi-functional gadget.

This charger has served me very well. I have been using it constantly. The addtional plug was a good part. Its dual voltage is the best part. It worked well in china and India.

However I never received a CTA Digital Battery charger instead I received a different brand charger,when I removed the charger from the packet something inside the charger was shaking,when I plugged on the charger to charge batteries, the charger's red light never turned green and charger became hot.
I complained to the company and they promised to reply to my complaint but never they did - I have never gotten any explanation for the malfunctioning and incorrect battery charger.

I don't think I will be purchasing anything on amazon.com I a very skeptical and turned off by this transaction.

It is easy to use and effective. Wall plug-in is ideal -- no wires to trip over or get tangled up. I re-charged what I thought were "dead" batteries -- they work well.

I bought this to gift it to my father in India, when I bought him a camera. I bought this as it can work at 110V/220V and it also has the flat-round pin converter included. It has been working well for him.

Well after finally getting a Wii, I wanted to get some type of rechargable batteries and charger. So after looking for a good while at the various options that let you charge batteries in your Wiimote, and hearing many horror stories of fires and melted Wiimotes. I decided to go with some type of normal recharger. I did a lot of reading around the net and every one had negatives, I was thinking of getting the real good ones but then I read they won't always charge your batteries if they are not completely discharged and or the voltage is off. So I got a bit discouraged, and decided to go with something simple and cheap incase it did not work I would not lose too much.

Then I saw the reviews on this simple easy to use charger and its nice capacity batteries. Oh and I'm glad I did, they have upgraded the batteries to 2700 mah. So it took a little longer to charge them, well worth it. Once these batteries are charged up, they work great. I have used them in my Wiimote for 2 weeks already and still they are almost fully charged. I have been using it a good deal too. The charger does get hot when its in full charge mode but not fire hot LOL. Once the batteries are fully charged the charger goes into a trickle charge mode. So it does not stay hot. I'm very happy with this little charger so far. The batteries hold there charge nicely, and last forever with the 2700 mah rating. You can't beat this charger for the price really. Highly recommended.
I looked at Best buy and CC they have way overpriced stuff you can buy here for a lot less but none rated so well as this set. Go for it take a chance for 12.50 or so plus shipping. You won't regret it, I don't.

I bought this charger with my digital camera almost two years ago, and I'm still using the same batteries. It charges within a few hours, and the batteries last and last. This has saved so much money from buying batteries for my camera, discman, and all other devices. Not to mention, it's convertible for use abroad! It's very small and easy to travel with. I recommend it to everyone.

This is great, not only can you use it overseas as well - the batteries are of good quality and you really can't beat the price.

I just bought this product yesterday.As mentioned it took about 5 hours to charge the batteries.I am waiting to use it and see how long it will last.
