Extremely useful cruising guide,

Nigel's guide is THE cruising guide for Cuba. It provides very detailed instructions for entering all minor and major anchorages, harbors, cities, etc. We used it on our two month westbound cruise of the north coast this year, and found it invaluable.The only complaint I have is that he hasn't updated it in many years. Things change constantly, in terms of check in procedures, and where you can or cannot anchor, etc. Otherwise, a fantastic guide!

Detailed, accurate, and well organized. Although, probably a bit dated by now -- with the potential of Cuba opening up more in the post-Castro era maybe Mr. Calder will update this excellent guide. |
