I just received this book and I am already in love with it! The pictures of the city, its people and the glorious, vibrant food - such a lovely presentation. Beyond the excellent recipes of the traditional food of Napoli, well-known fare such as egg-plant parmigiana to baccala, this book truly represents the real Napoli, making me miss it all the more. I highly recommend this to any one who misses the city, wants to learn about the city, or wants to take on learning more about Italian cuisine region by region. Beautiful color photography and very accessible ingredients and recipes. Thank you Iengo!

Lovely photography . . . both of the food and the city. Wonderful cookbook.

I found this book to be very easy to understand and, the short description for each section of the book are very interesting. The receipes are easy to understand and are from the region of Italy where my parents are from, so I am very happy with my purchase. I also purchased one for my daughter-in-law. She too, enjoyed it.

My grandfather is from Naples and this cookbook is exactly what we ate when we would go to his house and visit! Such a great book and I recommend it for anyone who wants authentic food from Naples!

My mother was from Naples Italy and there were several recipes in this book that she used to make. Wonderful cook book.
