Great Quality Knife! Very solid and comfortable design. Resistant to stains and, for the most part, keeps a sharp edge. We use knives a great deal on a daily basis, so we sharpen every-so-often to keep a nice cutting edge. We bought the complete set in a silver block (btw, Excellent assortment of knives).

Only complaint about these knives is they are not very usable after a cycle in the garbage disposal!! Hence the replacement blade!!
