Absent a pizza stone, baking a pizza with a proper crust requires a solid pizza pan, and this one certainly qualifies. It's made of heavy-gauge steel so it won't warp or bend, and its nonstick coating is exceptionally thick and durable for easy release and long life. That means the pan, unlike some nonstick bakeware, is truly dishwasher-safe. The pan makes a 12-inch round pizza and is 3/4 inch deep.
