5.0 out of 5 stars Grilling with Style
These utensils are very cool. The sets have everything you need for prepping food, cooking it, and cleaning the grill. I purchased a set for my father's birthday. The tools are substantial, with comfortable contoured grips. The spatula is HUGE -- great for steaks and big burgers, and it has a fun bottle opener in the handle. The tongs are curved so that you can use them...

The tongs are curved so that you can use them to scoop marinade. The basting brush has a removable head with drip cap which is good for avoiding messes. He puts them in the dishwasher with no problems. These are much better than the old-style wooden handled ones. The sets would make great father's day presents or gifts for any discerning BBQ chef. My dad will be using them all summer and bringing them to tailgates in the fall!

The black carry case makes a great impression and provides a useful storage container.

5.0 out of 5 stars Classy set, impressive gift, March 10, 2009

This set makes a statement. The carry case is impressive and holds all of the tools in a descreet easy to store way. Previously my obnoxiously large grill tools have been in random cabinets taking up space. The box easily stores away when not in use. I gave this set as an engagement gift and it was a huge hit.
The tools are nicely contoured and easy to use. They fit comfortably in your hand with soft grips. A great value.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Grilling tools set, February 19, 2009

I bought a new grill so I want to have a new set to go with it. I decided to get this Cuisinart griiling tools set becuase of the Cuisinart brand and it totally worth the money. It has a nice leather case and come with all the tools taht you need. I like the design of the handle with nice soft grip. I am glad that I did not get another 18pcs set with red color wood handles that are not comfortable to use, useless corn holders that with a tiny handles that burn your hands when you try to pick them up from the grill and a cheap looking green plastic case like a power drill set.

I am going to get another set for my uncle's birhtday. I know he will like it because he like to show off......

They are large and high quality (almost too large). The tongs are interesting with the integrated sauce ladle. I think I would prefer the standard design and will probably buy a separate tong. No thermometer in the fork. Probably will get one of those also. Nice value for sure though. Very classy.

All you really need is a 6 piece set. Some have 30. Cool. This set is the master of grill sets. Very durable and easy to clean. The spatula does come with a bottle opener. That was a question I had. Nice big hefty set. Kinda flimsy case but not too bad.

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful and Functional Set, April 25, 2010

This set is very functional - there's not much I need to do that these can't provide. They come in a handy suitcase/carrying case type thing that has kept them protected.

There are many sets that are just as functional for much cheaper. However, these are much better styled than the normal - I've actually gotten compliments on these. Buy this set only if you really need a 'luxury' gift for someone who likes to grill a lot. I've been really happy with mine!

I purchased this set and had a question on how to change the head on the Cleaning Brush. I e-mailed my inquiry from Cusinart's website. Next morning I got a phone message to call Acme. This I did. They knew nothing about the tool set. I called Cuisinant's customer relations dept. They didn't even know it was on sale from their web site. 5 phone calls later to various phone numbers and departments I gave up.
The last call I made was back to the customer relations department where I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told that I couldn't but I would be tranfered to the kitchen gadget department and I would get help there.
You guessed it, I was back speaking to the nice lady at Acme.
