I have owned this toaster oven for several years now & the paint on the inside of the toaster at the back has begun peeling off in large chunks. The door also does not want to close properly & I have to jiggle & slam it to get it to close all the way. It's performance over the past few years has been OK. It does not toast evenly but apparently that's common for toaster ovens. It does not turn off automatically when you open the oven door which can be a plus. I did appreciate the fact that you can flip the rack over which gives you 2 height settings to choose from for toasting/baking.

It tries to burn everything. It decides to broil on its own. NEVER leave it unattended. You never know what it will decide to do.
