high quality, 42 blade tenderizer
I have never used a tenderizer like this before, and decided to switch from my awful mallet, and am so happy I did. This is quick and effortless, and really improves the texture of the meat. Also, so easy to just spray clean in the sink. LOVE IT!

meat tenderizer
works great but very very messy -- can tenderize enough meat for a meal in minutes. the only drawback is this is as messy as the hammers and a bit difficult to clean
