This pot is great. I use it to make hot cereal in the morning, and to cook other things later in the day. With the copper bottom, food cooks quickly and evenly. Also, it makes a great little casserole dish. I did not expect to like it so much.The only drawback is the metal handles on the sides. They do get hot. Other than that, it is perfect.

I love this casserole. It's great for serving food during a casual dinner. It's also easy to clean.
