This is, by far, the best add-it-to-my-cart-to-get-free-shipping purchase I've ever made. The pizzas come out perfect and there's absolutely no sticking.
I only use this pan to make pizza with fresh, hand-made dough. For those having problems with the holes in the pan, I recommend rolling the dough on the counter and once you've stretched it to the size of the pan, lay the dough on the pan. If you roll the dough directly on the pan, it will press through the holes. I've had this for almost four years, making around one pizza a month and it still performs as-new.

Purchased 1 @ $10.99. Just ordered 2 more!,

I thought this heavy weight was a bargain at $10.99. At $7.99 (including free shipping), it's almost obscene. It's also ideal for reheating the 'delivered' pizza that arrives a little less than crispy. I think there will be some happy recipients on my Christmas holiday gift list! Another fine Cuisinart product.

I had no expectations when I bought this pan. It has turned out to be the best one I purchased! It's a great pizza baking pan. I follow the directions and am careful not to immerse it in water when I wash it. It has held up for 1 1/2 years and is doing great, still looks brand new.

I have been using a pizza stone for years, but never could get the dough crispy (especially in the middle of the pizza). I decided to give this a try and now I am ready to throw out the pizza stone. This makes a perfect crispy pizza crust. It is a bit hard to get the dough on the pan without smoshing it through the holes (unless you are a master dough thrower) - I used reynolds wrap sprayed with Pam to form it in the pan & then flipped it in. Worked perfectly. Well worth the $12.

Yes, this pan DOES have holes in it!
This means if you make your own dough, it is not a good idea to try to roll it out and spread it right in the pan. You should roll the dough out to the right size to begin with, and then transfer it to the pan and lightly press on the edges to make it fill the whole pan. If you try to roll it out in the pan, the dough will likely squish through the holes and possibly even stick to your countertop. This isn't the end of the world, but it can be a little annoying. Otherwise, this pan works great - crust comes out nice and crispy, without needing to add any oil. As other reviewers have pointed out, you won't want to be using a metal pizza cutter on this pan, but again, not a big deal - just transfer to a cutting board, cut it up, and then slide it back onto the pizza pan. I have two of these pans, and I get rave reviews on the crust whenever guests try my pizza. Another note - this pan works great for toasting garlic-cheese bread. Because it has holes, the bottom of the bread gets nice and crispy too. I used to put the bread right on the oven rack, but then crumbs get all over the place.

Update 04/14/11:
I recently bought another crisping pizza pan from Aldi for about $3-$4 and it works perfectly! After use, my pizzas are constantly sticking to the Cuisinart pan, and it is very difficult to get cleaned up. The Aldi pizza pan has given me no trouble at all. I've never washed either in the dishwasher, nor have I used anything rough to damage the non-stick coating. Original Review: This pan does a great job of making my pizza crust crispy! I typically use a frozen pizza and throw it on there, and it comes out great! My only issue is that the pan is not very non-stick for me. As soon as I get it out of the oven the crust is stuck to the pan in some spots. I have to tear up some edges just to get the pizza off. And washing it is then a pain in the rear. The baked-on crust just won't come off, and I have to pick and pick. I can't soak it in the sink either - it's too large to fit, and I'd be afraid it would rust. I still use it, but I first spray it down with Pam. I like it - and the majority of it doesn't stick. But those spots that do make it very frustrating.

I add lots of cheese to my pizzas and it tends to get all over the pan. With other pans, the cheese sticks and I have to pry the pizza off with a spatula. BUT NOT THIS ONE!! It just slides right off with one shake. My party pizzas come out crisp and heated evenly. Also, I have cut my pizzas on this pan and there was barely a scratch on it. Very heavyweight with no warping. What a buy!

This is a substantial piece of metal! It turns out excellent crusts for your favorite pizza recipes. Look no further, this will be the last pizza pan you will purchase. Five stars and two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I'm semi-famous in my circle of friends for making fabulous homemade pizza. I make homemade pizza at least twice a month and these are definitely the best pans I've ever used, at any price. The crust is crisp, which is essential in my opinion, and they wash up very easily. They are very heavy weight and unlike other pans they don't warp! Bought 2 before and I'm back to buy 2 more!

This is a very well built pizza pan. I was visiting my moms the other day and took this to make homemade pizza with, and when she picked it up, she said "Wow. This feels like it'd be expensive!" But I don't think it is expensive for the quality of this product. I might buy another for when I need to make 2 homemade pizzas at the same time.
