5.0 out of 5 stars Tough, thick, takes constant use
We've had 2 pans like this for over a year. THEY ARE EXCELLENT. REally wear well. Tough and heavey. Cook evenly, don't burn things!

1.0 out of 5 stars Disappointment
I purchased this specifically because the baking sheet should not warp. I placed three small meatloafs on the tray to avoid spillage, oven set at 350 degrees. When I removed it from the oven, the tray had warped. It was advertised as having a strong, rolled edge so it would not warp. Very disappointed. Don't know procedure for returning items; may not be worth effort...

This is the first item from Amazon that has disappointed me.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good, not Great..., March 18, 2005

This review is from: Cuisinart AMB-15BS Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 15-Inch Baking Sheet (Kitchen)
I have had one of these pans for about a year now. It gets quite a bit of use, probably about 2 times/week. It is definitely nonstick, I have not had a problem with that. It is heavy and seemed to be quite sturdy when I first started using it. However, after about 6 months, it started to get a bit warped. I've never had a problem with it while it's in the oven, it seems every time I take it out of the oven it snaps up into a warped position as the pan cools. Once I wash it, it seems to go back to normal though which I find somewhat odd. Also, I always pre-rinse things before putting them in the dishwasher...I never have problems with keeping pans clean until this one. It has developed a somewhat sticky beaded patch down in the corner of the pan. Not sure if this is the nonstick coating starting to wear or what, but it is another "minus" for the bakeware.

Overall, it's not a bad pan, especially at the Amazon price. But I definitely won't be running out for a second one.

DON'T BUY THESE BAKING SHEETS. I PLACED ONE IN A 425 OVEN AND IT WARPED, CAUSING A SPILL AND MESS IN THE OVEN.

I bought this two years ago. I probably use it once a month for baking. Even though it's non-stick, I had purchased a silicone baking mat since it allows the pan to last longer and cookies don't burn. Unfortunately, I discovered that this sheet is about a half inch too narrow (probably 11" when I needed 11 5/8"). It would have been nice if the full dimensions had been listed on the product desciption.

Otherwise, it's done pretty well. Nothing sticks and it cleans up well except for some condensation that seems to have left brown stains that I cannot wash away.

4.0 out of 5 stars nice but finish is too fragile, December 31, 2007
Nice, heavy pan that is nonstick, but forget and use a metal spoon one time and it will scratch the finish right off; the finish is coming right off the outside of it as well, and we do hand wash it. The instructions say to follow the recipe as far as greasing the pan, so using non-stick spray is leaving stains already (we've been using it 3 weeks). The pans sure didn't keep some rolls from buring black on the bottom. I am glad that I got them on sale, but might have prefered a more-durable stainless steel finish.

I bought two of these pans more than a year ago and I have had them stain, warp and alter the cooking time for cookies and biscuits. The strange thing is that the very first time I used these pans I was making chocolate chip cookies and one pain stained from the cookies and has never been the same and the other pan didn't. (These pans are not created equal?) Over time, I have also noticed some strange staining in the corners (as the other reviewer noted) and I can't remove it. The warping started several months ago when I had bread in the oven on one of them and I heard that loud bang that we all have heard before. Thank goodness it wasn't a pie. These pans are pretty heavy and maybe it would have thrown the pie off of the sheet! :)

5.0 out of 5 stars Good pan, March 18, 2008
I have now used this pan a number of time, mostly at 400 degrees or more, and it performs very well with no warping. It cleans up nicely with minimal sticking. Sure beat the old one I had.

2.0 out of 5 stars Darn!, May 12, 2011
Not impressed. Had high hopes. I Have cooked on it maybe 20 times and the non-stick coating is flaking off. I never put it in the dishwasher and only used a non stick spatula. It's almost like the coating is thinner in some places than in others. Also, as other reviewers have written, it does indeed warp when heated. I will try another brand for my bake-ware. I really thought this would be great, it was so pretty and heavy and seemed really well made all at decent price. Still looking for the perfect cookie sheet.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice quality pan, October 14, 2007

This is a nice quality pan. It has a sturdy "heavy" feel to it. I have used it quite often and have not experienced any warping. Clean-up is a breeze!
