5.0 out of 5 stars A Baker's Review
I am co owner and co baker for Patsy's Cookies and use these cookie sheets, they are reliable and when you are baking at our volume that is a necessity.

1.0 out of 5 stars why does non stick stick?
They feel incredibly slick, but I bought two of these and they have been treated perfectly, but only lasted a few months. For some reason my foods stick to them and they are hard to remove even scrubbing with non-abrasive brush- the next time I use them, there is a film left and it gets progressively worse ...

They feel incredibly slick, but I bought two of these and they have been treated perfectly, but only lasted a few months. For some reason my foods stick to them and they are hard to remove even scrubbing with non-abrasive brush- the next time I use them, there is a film left and it gets progressively worse ...

They have always been cleaned carefully and the only two items we really have cooked on them are whole foods chicken nuggets and chocolate chip cookies. The chicken _really_ sticks but it is not clear why - temperature is 350 degrees, the max they have been used at in cooking.

I am going to try a different brand and see what happens.

Maybe it's just user error, but this pan has not been pleasant to bake with. It cooks too fast on the bottom and also stains very easily. Again, maybe it was my error, but that hasn't happen to my other cookie sheets. I really had high hopes for this sheet and it has failed me. Boo =(
