I have never been a fan of non-stick bakeware, but I bought a pair of these deep dish pie pans just to try. They are wonderful! These pie pans are very heavy and well made, exactly what I'd expect from Cuisinart. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend that anyone who loves to make deep dish pies or savory dishes with crust should buy a pair.

I used my Cuisinart pie pan to make a pecan pie for Christmas. This particular pie always gave me sticking problems with my old Pyrex pie dish. The pecan pie was beautiful in the new pan, and each piece came out neat and clean. Cleanup was very easy. I made a quiche for New Years with equally great results. Neither the pie nor the quiche was "deep-dish", but the crust was easy to roll into an attractive edge about an inch below the top of the pan. I couildn't be happier.

keep in mind that 'non-stick' bakeware generally has a darker finish. This pan is no exception and is darker than the highly rated Cuisinart non-stick pizza pan. You will need to experiment a bit with baking temps and times so as not to scorch your deep-dish pie.

One other disadvantage is the small rolled lip. This makes it difficult to 'flute' your crust. Still, this is one of the better ones and is certainly offered at an affordable price. I bought 2 with no regrets.

I was very happy when I opened this pie pan and saw the depth of it. It is nearly impossible to find a true deep dish pie pan in the stores locally. When you do find one, it is much more expensive that this one and not as deep. The non-stick works well also and mine is holding up well after several months of use and dishwasher cleaning. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good truly deep dish pie pan. You will not be disappointed - at least I have been very pleased to date.

If you bake pies, then buy this pan! I cook with gluten free crusts, which are more difficult than wheat flour crusts. I was very frustrated until I used this pan. I am buying another one now. The crust bakes evenly and beautifully.

I just received my pie pan and I love it. It is heavy duty and very well constructed and very deep -- don't have to worry about spill overs. Have never been able to really find a "deep pie pan" and this is exactly what I wanted. Now that I see what a great pan it is I wish I had ordered at least 3 or 4 at the fantastic price of $5.99. This was definitely the best bargain I've gotten.

This is a very nice pan with rolled edge. It is substantial and deep. It's a little heavy but that's part of the quality of the product. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality true deep dish pie pan

I really like this pan for its depth and weight....the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the lip of the pan could be a little larger to make fluting the edges easier.

They are heavy weight, they heat evenly, and are easy to clean? What else do I need? They are definitely a good buy.

These pans are great. You get a true deep dish pie so there's more filling and the pies just slide out. Absolutely no sticking even on Pecan Pie!
