As part of Cuisinart's Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware line, the pan features heavy-gauge (1.0 mm) aluminized-steel construction for fast, thorough heat distribution and even browning, as well as a durable Whitford Xylan nonstick coating (both inside and out) to ensure that a graham-cracker crust sticks to the cream-cheese filling, not to the side of the pan. It's best not to cut the cake in the pan, though--use only wood, nylon, rubber, or plastic tools to avoid scratching the surface. Oven-safe, the cookware features extra-thick rolled edges to prevent it from warping, even at high temperatures. Best of all, the cookware cleans up easily by hand or in the dishwasher-safe, and it carries a limited lifetime warranty.
Extremely disappointing. Leaks every time I have batter that is on the 'looser' side...forces me to scrape burnt batter off the bottom of my oven. Getting rid of it.Published 1 hour ago by EHB
I needed a spring form pan so badly and this one was just what I needed. :)Published 3 days ago by Marian Degrassi
I bought this pan to make a chocolate souffle cake for a party at my house. I read all the reviews and was very excited to use this. I pour cake mix and put it in the oven. Read morePublished 3 days ago by Ankita
if you like a light-colored crust, buy a silver one. This darkens rapidly as heat affects outer surfaces before baking complete in the center.Published 11 days ago by Mytilus
I'd love to review this pan but it arrived bent out of shape rendering it unusable. Waste of my money.Published 17 days ago by Mavis Williams
